Trust

Trust. It's a strange thing. It's hard to earn, yet easy to lose. I've learned that with some people you need to hold your standards high and challenge them to earn your trust in them; but with others, you need to give them your complete trust from the out-set and challenge them not to lose it. The tough part is knowing which person needs which kind of trust.
