Friday Evening Dinner
There are many things I miss about being in college - one of them being the fellowship of friends over Friday night or Sabbath dinner. There'd always be lots of food, friends and laughter crowded into someone's small apartment living room. Good memories were always made during those times.
This Friday evening really took me back to my college days, and it felt good. In honor of Jessica's 21st birthday (actually on Sunday), we planned a little surprise dinner and invited everyone to our humble little apartment. We cooked up a storm, based around a Mexican theme - including my favorite Mexican Casserole. Even though people had to squish onto the couches and sit on the floor, we had a great time and it made me happy all the way through!
