Not So Clean....

It's interesting how decently clean something can seem until you actually start cleaning it..... like my new - to me - Jetta. It seemed all nice and new inside (compared to what I had been driving), until I started to clean and I found lots of hidden dirt and grime in the hard-to-reach places. Or my apartment - I'm in the process of moving to a new place at the end of the month, and as long as I've lived here I've done a respectable job of keeping house. However, as I get on my hands and knees, I can see stuff under the stove that I didn't know was there. It was easy to ignore, all hidden away like that.

I wonder if God ever looks down at us and sighs because we think we're a lot "cleaner" than we really are......
