Crocheting!!

The second item on my Christmas "to-do" list was to learn how to crochet. It was a little iffy at first, trying to read the instructions and learn as I went, but after learning and practicing the 5 basic stitches on Wednesday, I started my first project on Thursday night, which was completed by Friday!

My very first project - a soap bag/washcloth!!

Second project: Just for fun, I tried making a flower and then made it into an ornament!

Now I need to make a trip to the store to get more yarn so I can start some more complicated projects! :) Can't wait!
