Mouth-Watering
Today’s topic: Think of any word. Search it on Google images. Write something inspired by the 11th image.
Lacking creativity, I googled the word “food” and this was the 11th image:
The first thing that popped into my mind, and made my mouth water, was the Black Bean Mexican Burger. This can be found at a little Australian pub called Castaway along the Esplanade. The open-air, upper-level restaurant has a great view of the waterfront and the island of Atauro just off the coast of Dili. The Black Bean Mexican Burger has a thick bean patty that is perfectly spicy and cloaked in a delicious slice of cheese (good-tasting cheese is hard to find here). There is tomato, making it juicy; avocado, making it creamy; and lettuce, making it… leafy; but the crowning piece is a layer of nacho chips (also hard to find here), which add amazing flavour and a delightful crunch. The BBM Burger is served with a side of fries - good fries, not soggy - and two options for dipping: ketchup or the more popular sambal chili sauce. All together, it’s delicious!
